Regina Caeli™ (RCA) is a private, independent University-Style Hybrid® academy operating in the Catholic tradition. The program, which provides a complete homeschool curriculum with lesson plans especially designed for the hybrid homeschool model, meets in person twice a week at the Phoenix location as well as at 22 additional locations throughout the United States. RCA provides nearly 700 families with the opportunity for a faith-based, high quality classical education which honors the parents’ role as primary educator. RCA is accredited by the National Association of Private Catholic and Independent Schools (NAPCIS), Georgia Accreditation Commission (GAC), and National Independent Study Accreditation Council (NISAC).
RCA is unique to the Catholic schooling community because it is a hybrid homeschool, allowing children the balance of home and amongst peers; classes are taught in accordance with the methods of classical education; and parents and students enjoy the benefit of an accredited program which provides transcripts and assists parents in achieving varying state homeschool requirements.

"IBE has allowed Catholic families who remain open to life and who are intent on remaining the primary educators of their children the benefit of a quality Christ-centered education, without the heavy financial burden of traditional parochial schools. IBE allows the redirection of taxes to something a large number of Americans believe in- the flexibility of choosing which school fits a family's needs best. RCA's mission is to help parents develop truly Christian individuals, who will effect positive change to the world. With an average family size of 3 children enrolled in RCA, the financial burden is greatly lessened through IBE, while the product (our kind, bright, and successful children) remains invaluable to our society and world."
