Veritas is a Christian, classical school that adheres to a university-type schedule. VAT exists to assist parents in their role of training children in the way they should go, raising them to love and glorify God and others and to finish the race well by providing:

1) Time: helping to preserve and strengthen the God ordained family relationship through the UMS model of education, offering resources and instruction to both children and parents.

2) Tools: teaching children to think critically and creatively and achieve a high degree of academic excellence via classical curriculum; that they might grow in wisdom and stature and favor with God and man.

3) Community: creating a community of like-minded teachers, staff and families.

As a University-Model® School (UMS), Veritas utilizes a university-type schedule and a teacher-parent integrated instructional approach. The UMS model combines two proven elements of educational success – 1) the professional classroom instruction of a teacher and 2) the caring at-home mentor. Students spend 2-3 days on our campus and 2-3 days at their satellite campus at home.

Our high school girls' volleyball team placed 2nd this year in their league. We established our first National Honor Society chapter this year. We were awarded an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) from the Gootter Foundation this year. One of our seniors won the Patriots of the American Revolution High School Essay Contest this year.

IBE has enabled so many of our families to afford a private, classical, christian education. Our families love IBE - the staff is so friendly, helpful and kind, and the donation portal is easy to navigate. We give them 5 stars for always answering the phone and willingly fielding any and all tax credit questions! Their timely distribution of funds enables our families to stay on top of tuition balances and alleviates the stress that can come from trying to cover tuition with tax credit scholarships.
